Mountain Rescue Fundraising Walk
Saturday July 12th, 2008
Update 5/6/09 - Pre-registration Open! Click here to go to the form. Pre-registration is not mandatory, but it will help us to better plan and organise the day.
The Wayfarers are organising a series of walks in aid of the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and the Glen of Imaal Mountain Rescue Team. Irish hillwalkers have long benefited from the sterling work done by the mountain rescue teams around the country and this is our opportunity to give something back. All monies raised on the day will be donated to mountain rescue.

There will be a choice of 3 walks on the day, a short walk of approximately 20k and 6.5 hours duration, a medium walk of 21k and 7 hours duration and a long walk of 30k and approximately 9 hours duration.

General Information on the walk
